Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvoPulse, operated by RD MindMedia LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
InvoPulse provides cloud-based invoicing, quote management, invoice corrections, and time tracking tools for freelancers and small businesses. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use InvoPulse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Plans & Pricing
InvoPulse offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.
5. Your Data
You own all data you create in InvoPulse (invoices, customers, time entries). You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we retain your data for 14 days (grace period) and then permanently delete it, except for data subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice by email.
7. Limitation of Liability
InvoPulse is an invoicing tool, not an accounting or tax advisory service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of your invoices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RD MindMedia LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
InvoPulse, its design, code, and templates are the intellectual property of RD MindMedia LTD. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership rights to the software. Invoice templates may be used freely for your business documents.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
